CAPA Process Analyst II

As a CAPA Process Analyst II, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance department supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Job Title: CAPA Process Analyst II Location: Gretna, LA Duration: 6 Month What's the Job? Lead investigations of complex quality issues to ensure timely completion of CAPA activities related to nonconformances, deviations, and complaint investigations. Utilize investigational tools and root cause analysis techniques to identify appropriate causes and implement effective corrective actions. Maintain the effectiveness and audit‑readiness of CAPA system records, ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards. Generate trending metrics and reports to prioritize actions and support continuous improvement efforts. Support a collaborative work environment by demonstrating full cross‑functional team support and ensuring clear, effective communication. What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Life Sciences. Experience with Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) processes in medical devices or laboratories. Proficiency in EQMS or similar CAPA management systems. Excellent communication and technical writing skills. Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and prioritize workload effectively.
