About the Position

Job Title: PT Home Health Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:15 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum of one year of experience as a PT in an acute setting is required. Home care experience is desired. License: Valid state Physical Therapy license required. Certifications: None specified. Must-Have: Ability to effectively communicate and create positive impressions with patients, families, physicians, and co-workers. Description: Position involves working Monday through Friday from 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM. On-call duty for one weekend per month. Requires travel to various counties. Must possess knowledge of therapy best practices. Ability to make appropriate physical therapy judgments is essential. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to identify a situation and handle it with the best possible solution. Attention to detail and observant nature are important qualities. A disciplined work ethic with the ability to prioritize tasks and be timely is required. Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance with the candidate’s name as a listed driver.
