What’s in it for you: Site Location: Oakland, California Schedule: Flex- 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM (Must be available on the weekend) Competitive hourly wage of $25.75 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!) A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities for Response Security Officer: Monitor the premises to ensure security Conduct patrols, on foot or on company vehicle to spot any suspicious activity Control access points and verify identities Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security Write detailed reports on events and incidents Collaborate with authorities during serious situations Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Qualifications for Response Security Officer: Be authorized to work in the U.S. Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED 2 years security officer experience preferred Must have a valid CA Driver's License Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations Responsive and strong problem solving skills If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better! You have a state security license (GUARD CARD) and additional 32hr.
