Catedral Mezcal, the #1 awarded artisanal, handmade mezcal in the country, is looking for dynamic, outgoing, and motivated professionals to help us expand our presence in New York City and potentially surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing premium mezcal brand while maintaining a flexible schedule. About the Role: As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be responsible for developing relationships with both on‑premise (80%) and off‑premise (20%) accounts to drive sales and increase brand awareness. You’ll conduct tastings, educate industry professionals, and play a key role in getting our mezcal featured on cocktail menus and retail shelves. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Account Development – Identify, pitch, and maintain relationships with on‑premise (bars, restaurants) and off‑premise (retail) accounts. Tastings & Staff Training – Educate bartenders, bar managers, and retail staff on the story and quality of our mezcal. Brand Activation – Represent the brand at industry events, promotional activations, and consumer tastings. Market Insights & Reporting – Track account progress, provide feedback on sales trends, and communicate regularly with the team. Who You Are: Connected in the industry – Experience in hospitality, wine and/or spirits sales, bartending, or restaurant management is a plus. A Natural Salesperson – Comfortable pitching, networking, and closing deals. Passionate About Mezcal & Spirits – Enthusiasm goes a long way. Self‑Motivated & Goal‑Oriented – You thrive on building something from the ground up and hold yourself accountable.
