Registered Nurse - Ortho-Neuro UnitThis is a 13-week contract position.12-hour shifts, 0700-1930 or 1900-0730, including every other weekend and holiday commitment as required by unit needs.The Registered Nurse will work on the Ortho-Neuro Unit, providing care to patients undergoing elective surgeries such as hip, knee, and shoulder procedures, as well as managing post-operative care for patients with fractures and other neuro-surgical conditions. The RN will deliver high-quality nursing care while adhering to established protocols and providing patient education.Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care, including administration of medications and monitoring of patient conditions.Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.Ensure compliance with unit protocols and safety standards.Assist with patient mobility and rehabilitation as required.Perform assessments and document patient progress in the electronic health record (EPIC).Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:Current Nursing License.BLS certification.Experience with orthopedic patients and PCA pumps required.Experience in acute care or MedSurg nursing settings preferred.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
