Customer Service RepresentativeAre you a natural problem-solver who loves keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and play a key role in supporting patients, customers, and sales partners in the medical device space. In this role, you'll help drive workflow efficiency across our customer service team and keep our patient billing and invoicing goals on track — all from the comfort of your home office. This is a remote position, but because our team collaborates closely with local operations, candidates must live in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area.• Process direct customer orders and bill-only surgeries quickly and accurately, confirming with customers and sales reps — ideally same-day• Create price quotes to support sales reps and customers in hospital and clinic settings• Own the processing and collection of purchase orders within established timelines• Deliver friendly, high-quality customer service by phone when needed• Keep customer contact information accurate and up to date in our software systems• Contribute in daily and weekly team meetings — share ideas, flag concerns, and provide back-order status updates• Take initiative on projects and solutions that support larger business goals• Partner with your supervisor on regular check-ins to track training progress and growth• Uphold strict privacy standards for customers (HIPAA), employees, and the company, including maintaining any required certificationsYou handle a high volume of calls, texts, and emails each day with positivity and professionalismYou build strong working relationships and thrive as part of a teamYou think critically and creatively when solving problems — and take ownership of the outcomeYou're self-motivated, organized, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentYou're comfortable with technology, including Microsoft 365, and eager to learn new software — this position requires heavy Excel usageAssociate or bachelor's degree preferred1–2 years of experience in customer service or collections preferredAbility to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbsWillingness to work flexible hours as needed, including occasional evenings and weekendsWillingness to complete corporate training — fully paid for by the companyMust reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth areaWe set you up for success! Expect about 3 months of ramp-up time if you have a customer service background, or up to 6 months if you're newer to the field. Either way, you'll have the support and training you need to grow into the role with confidence.
