Successful candidates must be licensed RN in the state of Ohio with at least 2 years of previous long-term care and managerial experience. Excellent leadership and communication skills, high standards for quality of care, and knowledge of long-term care regulations are a must. Must have familiarity with Point Click Care Must have strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Must enjoy working with the elderly Must be able to project a positive attitude and promote the facility and its staff/residents in a positive manner.
