What You'll Be Responsible For

• Direct and review complex tax return engagements across a broad client portfolio while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
• Deliver strategic tax planning recommendations designed to support business objectives and identify tax-saving opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted resource for clients by addressing tax-related questions and providing timely, insightful guidance.
• Manage client relationships through consistent communication, responsiveness, and professional expertise.
• Monitor changes in federal and state tax regulations and apply updates to client engagements as appropriate.
• Guide and develop accounting staff through coaching, mentorship, and technical training.
• Coordinate multiple priorities and deadlines while ensuring outstanding client service.
• Partner with firm leadership to support business development efforts and identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships.

To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Bring

• Active CPA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline required.
• Master's degree in Taxation preferred.
• 7+ years of public accounting experience with a strong emphasis on tax services.
• Thorough knowledge of federal and state tax laws and compliance requirements.
• Experience utilizing professional tax preparation, engagement, and tax research software.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, reviewing work product, and balancing multiple engagements.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
