Client Service Representative

We are searching for a full-time Client Service Representative or Receptionist to join our team in Fremont, CA! We’re offering an hourly rate of $20 - 25/h based on experience, along with training/career growth potential and comprehensive benefits. We are looking for compassionate, motivated team players committed to excellent client service and interested in the field. You’d be a great fit if: Are comfortable around cats and dogs Strive to provide each client with compassion and care Are team-oriented with a strong work ethic Have at least a High school diploma or equivalent Have 1-2 years of experience in a customer service and/or client-focused setting. Veterinary or medical setting preferred Are available Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 7:00pm. Shift times may vary Your primary responsibilities: General front desk duties: greeting clients, booking appointments, etc Rooming patients and taking a brief history Client communication Managing phone lines Cleaning and disinfecting the hospital Carrying out tasks as requested by the veterinarian Medical records management About our Veterinary General Practice: Since 1959, Central Veterinary Hospital has strived to bring excellent medicine and surgery as well as a gentle, compassionate touch to the pets entrusted to us.
