Job TitleFull service CPA firm for 30 years30% commission on ALL REVENUE brought in (No Cap)FULLY PAID FOR BENEFITS by employer for Single and Family: health, vision, dental, and 401K matchIn Office 5 days a week - 9:00 – 5:00 w. 1-hour for lunch from 12pm – 1pmAdditional time required during tax seasonQualificationsBachelor's degree in an Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCertified Public Accountant (CPA). Current and valid CPA license required.Working knowledge and experience in the preparation and review of individual and corporate tax returns including but not limited to Forms 1040, 1120S, 1120, 1065, 1041, 706, and 709Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, both domestic and internationalStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate a high-performing tax teamHigh level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical business practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to non-tax professionalsResponsibilitiesPrepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submissionProvide training and support to the tax team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvementOversee the company's tax department to ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulationsDevelop and implement effective tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize profitabilityResearch and interpret tax laws and regulations, keeping the company informed of any changes that may impact the business
