Human Resources Director

Encompass Health Corporation, a leader in integrated healthcare services, is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead and enhance our human resources initiatives across a diverse network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, home health agencies, and hospice agencies. This pivotal role involves strategic workforce planning, enhancing employee relations, and supporting our mission to provide high-quality, comprehensive care. The HR Director will work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals and promote an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards.
