About The Opportunity As an IT Deployment & End‑User Support Technician, you will serve as a key resource throughout the lifecycle of a company‑wide device refresh program. From preparing and deploying new hardware to assisting employees during transitions and troubleshooting post‑deployment issues, you will help ensure every user receives a smooth and efficient technology experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of technical work, operational coordination, and direct interaction with end users. What You'll Do Prepare, image, configure, and deploy Windows‑based laptops and endpoint devices using enterprise deployment tools and standardized processes. Perform device provisioning activities, ensuring systems are configured correctly and ready for immediate use. Serve as a primary point of contact for employees throughout device refresh and replacement initiatives. Coordinate deployment schedules, equipment distribution, and refresh logistics with internal stakeholders. Assist users with data migration activities, including file transfers, browser bookmark preservation, profile restoration, and related support tasks. Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide hands‑on technical assistance before, during, and after device rollouts. Support hardware retrieval, asset tracking, and retirement of legacy equipment. Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory activities associated with device deployments and replacements. Partner with internal operations, facilities, and mailroom teams to ensure efficient movement and tracking of equipment. Provide setup, configuration, and support for additional technology assets as business needs require. Maintain accurate documentation related to deployed devices, user support activities, and asset management processes. Deliver a positive customer experience while supporting users with varying levels of technical proficiency. What We're Looking For Previous experience supporting desktop environments, endpoint deployments, device refresh projects, or technical support operations. Hands‑on familiarity with Windows operating systems, laptop imaging, device provisioning, and deployment workflows. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve common hardware and software issues. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑first mindset. Experience coordinating equipment logistics, shipping processes, or asset management activities is highly valued. Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities and deployment schedules. Comfort working directly with employees and stakeholders in a professional corporate environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and operational teams. Capable of lifting and transporting technology equipment weighing up to 30 pounds as needed. Preferred Experience Experience participating in large‑scale laptop refresh, migration, or hardware deployment initiatives. Knowledge of enterprise endpoint management or imaging solutions. Background in desktop support, field services, technical support, or IT operations. Experience working in structured corporate or enterprise technology environments. Work Environment Fully onsite position. Monday through Friday schedule during standard business hours. Collaborative environment focused on technology modernization and end‑user enablement.
