Dose Formulation Research Technician (1st Shift)

Labcorp is seeking a recent or upcoming grad for a Research Technician position to join our Dose Formulation team in Madison, WI!

Work Schedule: 1st shift: 7:30am – 4:15pm

Job Responsibilities:

As a Research Technician, you’ll learn and perform essential lab techniques to prepare test materials for preclinical studies. Your day-to-day will include:

• Preparing lab reagents, solutions, suspensions, and capsules per study protocols

• Recording data accurately in both digital and written formats

• Learning formulation verification, sample disposition, and safe handling procedures

• Collaborating with scientists and technicians to ensure study integrity

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and GLP-compliant lab environment

• Developing skills in study setup, data organization, and client communication

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology

Additional Job Standards:

• A strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn

• A passion for science and a desire to contribute to life-changing research

• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

• Ability to work one weekend per month

About the Team:

Dose Formulation- In this chemistry-focused role you will be working with pharmaceutical products in a lab, you’ll prepare vehicles, diets, solutions and capsules with test material according to study protocols and SOPs.

Pay Rate: $23/hr.

This is a future hire position with an future start date . The ideal candidate would be available to start in May 2027 through October 2027 .
