Job Description Job Description Job Opportunity: Float Pool Registered Nurse Our organization is currently looking for a Float Pool Registered Nurse to provide exceptional, resident-focused care at our skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term care facilities in Dover, NH. This versatile position allows you to move between units according to resident needs and census levels. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and administer medications and treatments. Update and maintain individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Provide mentorship and support to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards. Respond promptly to changes in residents' conditions. Ensure comprehensive documentation of care provided. Qualifications and Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings is preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt to varying resident acuity and unit needs.
