What You'll Do

• Delegate tasks to other care team members as appropriate
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and policies
• Participate in floating to other ICUs or medical/surgical units as needed

What You Need

• Current RN license in Minnesota
• At least 2 years of ICU experience
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to changing schedules
