Full-Charge Bookkeeper - Real Estate

NYC residential real estate management company seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations Prepare and analyze journal entries, ledger postings, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting. Oversee payroll management through systems like ADP to ensure timely processing and compliance with tax regulations along with direct filings of several entity payroll tax returns directly Conduct detailed account analysis and account reconciliation to verify data integrity across the general ledger. Prepare and review financial statements for over 150 properties with Yardi Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of all financial records based in Yardi Assist with month-end closing processes, including accruals, depreciation entries, and account analysis to ensure timely reporting. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required. Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role with a strong understanding of corporate accounting principles. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Yardi and/or similar systems. Strong technical accounting skills including journal entries, account reconciliation, balance sheet analysis, and financial statement preparation. Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy Ability to analyze financial data critically while demonstrating strong math skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of NYC real estate compliance filings and/or rent regulations preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
