We are seeking a full-time Lead Revenue Qualification (Eligibility) specialist for our Billing Office located at 9461 Eagle Ranch Road.

As part of this important team, you will ensure patients have coverage for their services being performed at XRANM. You will verify insurance eligibility and benefits for patients, including co-insurance and deductible amounts to be collected. At times you will find the need to reach out to our patients to assist them in navigating insurance. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience reading EOBs.
• Experience obtaining Prior Authorizations and an understanding of Insurance Eligibility.
• Must have Data Entry skills of 50 wpm or 10,000 keystrokes per hour with extreme accuracy.
• Two-year previous medical front office experience and great customer service skills.
• Two-year leadership experience
• Medical insurance claims processing experience or medical accounts receivable position preferred.
• Know medical terminology, radiology specific knowledge a plus.
• Spanish speaking a plus.
