FRONTLINES Producer and Social Media Administrator

Position Title: Producer/Social Media Administrator (FRONTLINES) Employment: Full-time, Salaried, Exempt Location: Phoenix, AZ, Non-remote Travel: 25% Start Date: ASAP Turning Point USA is a 501(c)(3) grassroots nonprofit dedicated to educating students about fiscal responsibility, free markets, and limited government. About the Position The Media Department seeks an in-house Associate Producer/Social Media Admin for the ‘FRONTLINES’ brand. Write relevant news stories. Pitch story ideas to reporters. Create and copy edit social media content (daily IG reels, tweets, etc.). Book travel and coordinate logistics. Handle general administrative tasks. Research and pitch news stories to reporters. Coordinate daily content for X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and Rumble. Write articles and copy for social media. Assist in video creation. Perform any additional tasks as needed. Key Qualifications Creative writing skills. Well‑versed in current news/events and news research. Experience managing social media pages on multiple platforms. Familiar with TPUSA’s brand and its contributors. Passion for conservative ideals and principles. Positive and goal‑oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and initiative. Reliable, punctual, and responsive, demonstrating ethical and responsible behavior. Flexibility and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines without the need for constant supervision. Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned. Receives and applies feedback constructively to improve performance. Effectively reports updates and progress to leadership in a timely manner. Demonstrates the physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 15 lbs. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to locations as needed. ‘Wow’ Skills Video editing and graphic design skills. Familiar with the Frontlines brand. Previous administrative experience.
