Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)Schedule07:00 AM - 07:30 PMJob DescriptionThe Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice. The Registered Nurse also directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in the ICU. The Registered Nurse is directly responsible and accountable for the care given to assigned patients and communicates with the physician about changes in the patient's clinical condition.ResponsibilitiesDeliver safe and effective patient care in the ICU setting.Utilize the nursing process for patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.Monitor and communicate changes in patients' clinical conditions.Guide patient/family teaching and support other nursing personnel.Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.Float to other units as needed, specifically to MST.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureCurrent and valid state RN LicenseBLS CertificationACLS CertificationMinimum of one year as a staff RN in an acute care hospital, preferably in critical careCritical Care RN (CCRN) Certification preferredCOVID vaccination/boosters preferredEPIC EMR experience requiredAssignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
