Our client in Fort Worth, TX, is excited to expand their team and is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Coordinator who is passionate about sales and ready to grow into a future Business Development Director role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on building long-term customer relationships and contributing to company growth. This person will play a critical role in supporting customer transactions, driving business growth, and optimizing customer experience. In this role you will manage key customer interactions related to equipment needs, ensure data integrity within CRM systems, and serve as a liaison across departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred
• 3+ years of experience in customer relationship management, communications, or similar role
• Passion for sales and long-term career growth in business development
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
• Strong work ethic and commitment to team success
• Experience in equipment leasing, logistics, aviation, or ground support equipment
• Understanding of marketing, sales, leasing, and operations/logistics

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Salary/Pay Rate: $70,000 – $90,000 + company bonus opportunities
