Do you enjoy answering questions and helping people find solutions We are looking for a personable Customer Service Representative to provide responsive support to clients throughout their travel planning and reservation experience.
The ideal candidate listens carefully communicates professionally and follows through on client requests.

We assist clients with vacation planning and reservation support. We value helpful communication accurate information and positive client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries by phone email and digital messaging
- Listen to client needs and gather relevant information
- Answer questions about reservations available services and next steps
- Research supplier information to provide accurate responses
- Explain booking policies and confirmation details clearly
- Assist with routine reservation changes and special requests
- Coordinate unresolved questions with suppliers and team members
- Maintain accurate records of client communications
- Provide timely updates and follow-up
- Handle routine concerns with patience and professionalism
- Participate in ongoing customer service and supplier training
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly patient and service-oriented approach
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable using phone email and online communication tools
- Basic computer and internet research proficiency
- Ability to manage several inquiries and priorities
- Reliable internet access and a suitable home workspace
- Previous customer service or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
