An established apartment community in Tampa is hiring a Certified Maintenance Technician to support day‐to‐day operations. You will handle service requests, unit turns, and preventative maintenance to keep the property running efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests for basic electrical, plumbing, appliance, and general repairs.

• Assist with unit turns, including drywall repair, painting, and minor carpentry.

• Support HVAC maintenance; EPA/HVAC certified techs may perform more advanced work.

• Inspect common areas and units for safety issues and report larger repairs to management.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment or related maintenance experience and at least one maintenance‐related certification preferred.

• Ability to safely use standard hand and power tools.

• Strong communication skills and a professional, resident‐focused attitude.
