FPC designation preferred.* 2-4 years’ experience processing multi-state payroll.* Working knowledge of payroll best practices.* Strong knowledge of Federal and State regulations.* Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel.**Indicators & Attributes for Success:*** Attention to detail* Customer/Client focus* Positive attitude* Prioritization & organizational skills* Communication skills* Accountability* Ethical practice* Patience* Strong team-player**Primary Responsibilities:*** Processes Payroll* Enters and adjusts:* + 401K Deferral changes + 401K Loans* Enters and processes:* + Child Support orders + Garnishments, Liens and Levies + Reciprocity + Lock in Letters + Calculating military and jury duty pay* Performs account balance and payroll reconciliations.* Assists in training employees on Timekeeping system when needed.* Filing (as needed)* Point of contact for Payroll related questions* Other Duties: This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this position.
