You’ll be: Verifying information on packing slips against purchase orders and accurately entering data into inventory systems Collaborating with buyers and the production supervisor to resolve inventory discrepancies and fulfill production requirements Managing incoming and outgoing inspection logs, retrieving accessories for sales orders, and facilitating returns Recording all inventory transactions promptly and ensuring inventory accuracy through weekly cycle counts and year-end counts Maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment, including bin labeling, date code tracking, and adherence to FIFO practices Performing other warehouse duties as assigned, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a High School diploma or GED (required) Bring 1–3 years of warehouse experience, preferably with electronic components Are highly proficient in Google Suite and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Are a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to federal contract requirements Can pass a background check and drug test Are familiar with inventory management systems (preferred) Demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, flexibility, and teamwork Can safely lift up to 50 lbs and are comfortable with bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting as needed What happens next Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
