Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop training materials
• Support Sales University priorities
• Have strong ID capabilities
• Develop in Articulate suite, Vyond, and other standard development tools (Google will supply these)
• Build level 100 courses for SAP
• Work with Google PMs as their main points of contact
• Work closely with Googlers as integral members of the team
• Support Google-established SLAs
• Complete work that Google defines and outsources to us
