We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurosurgeon to join a leading multidisciplinary neurosurgical practice in Omaha, Nebraska. The practice is physician‑led and comprised of a collaborative team of Neurosurgeons, Orthopedic Surgeons, Physician Assistants, and rehabilitation specialists. It has access to a state‑of‑the‑art specialty surgical hospital and focuses on comprehensive neurological and spine care.

About the Role

Diagnose and treat complex neurosurgical conditions involving the brain, spine, and nervous system. Perform a broad range of neurosurgical procedures, including spinal decompressions, fusions, tumor resections, and minimally invasive surgery. Develop individualized surgical and non‑surgical treatment plans. Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, rehabilitation specialists, physician assistants, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive patient care. Participate in patient education, quality improvement, and clinical research initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat complex neurosurgical conditions involving the brain, spine, and nervous system
• Perform a broad range of neurosurgical procedures (spinal decompressions, fusions, tumor resections, and minimally invasive surgery)
• Develop individualized surgical and non‑surgical treatment plans
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, rehabilitation specialists, physician assistants, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Participate in patient education, quality improvement, and clinical research initiatives

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of an ACGME‑accredited Neurosurgery residency
• Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Neurosurgery
• Fellowship training in Spine, Cranial, or Endovascular Neurosurgery preferred
• Strong clinical and surgical skills with a commitment to evidence‑based, patient‑centered care
