Business Analyst / Business Development Associate A leading trading firm is seeking a Business Analyst to join its team. This role requires strong analytical, research, presentation, and interpersonal skills. The position combines oversight of current business operations with the exploration of new growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities As a Business Development Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting and managing day-to-day business operations. This includes collaborating closely with the accounting team to reconcile daily transactions, as well as working with brokers and exchanges to investigate and resolve discrepancies. A successful candidate will also identify opportunities to improve these workflows through automation, increasing efficiency and scalability as the business grows. In addition, the role involves analyzing business performance, identifying new strategic opportunities, and building relationships with industry partners such as exchanges, vendors, and other firms. Your analysis will directly support leadership in making informed strategic decisions and contribute to the company's long-term growth. The position also requires representing the firm professionally in external interactions, making strong communication and relationship-building skills essential.
