Workday Test Lead

Leading the end-to-end testing strategy for Workday implementations, the full-time Workday Test Lead will manage testing plans, coordinate user acceptance testing, and drive defect resolution in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Own and drive the testing strategy, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing Coordinate across functional workstreams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and manage defect tracking and resolution Facilitate go/no-go readiness discussions based on testing outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement of testing frameworks Required qualifications Current Workday Partner HCM Certification 5-10+ years of experience in testing, QA, or Workday delivery roles Strong understanding of Workday business processes across HCM and/or Payroll domains Experience with UAT coordination and execution, test planning, and defect management Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and client stakeholders during testing cycles
