Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurse position available in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves providing specialized care in a level III neonatal intensive care setting. The position is scheduled for a rotating shift pattern, including days and nights, requiring flexibility every other weekend.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts with every other weekend, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), current nursing license, minimum of 2 years of experience working in a level 3 or 4 NICU, proven ability to work rotating shifts, and residency outside of 50 miles from the facility.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic fetal monitoring (EFM) and additional neonatal care certifications.
• Additional Information: BILH coversheet required at submission. Orientation occurs weekly on Mondays, barring holidays. Interviews and offers are conducted by the nurse manager. Candidates should provide their availability for interviews upon submission. Paid parking is available in parking garages; public transportation options are accessible.
