As an Auto Body Technician, you’ll play a key role in returning vehicles to pre-accident condition while following proper OEM repair procedures .

You’ll:

• Perform quality structural, body, frame and unibody repairs
• Complete non-structural repairs, including sanding, finishing and bumper repair
• Perform proper blueprinting, teardown and disassembly
• Identify additional damage and communicate findings with the estimator
• Follow repair plans, OEM procedures and safety standards
• Properly use shop tools, equipment and safety equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized and efficient work area
• Take pride in delivering safe, high-quality repairs

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have 5+ years of auto body repair experience preferred
• Have I-CAR or OEM certifications — a plus, but we’ll help you get there
• Can read and understand repair estimates and written instructions
• Have strong attention to detail and take pride in your work
• Communicate effectively with teammates and estimators
• Can safely perform the physical requirements of the job, including lifting up to 80 lbs.
