Senior Procurement Analyst Overview The Senior Procurement Analyst will oversee strategic sourcing and procurement processes across the full lifecycle, ensuring efficiency and compliance. This role involves vendor management, contract oversight, and operational reporting to support organizational procurement goals. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize procurement strategies and maintain inventory levels for key materials and supplies. Utilize ERP systems for purchase order processing and vendor invoice reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Contribute to cost reduction initiatives and process improvements, delivering value to the organization. Generate operational reports and dashboards to track spend, asset utilization, and resource data. Ensure compliance with SOX requirements, GAAP, and regulatory standards in procurement activities. Support the development of contract-based budgets and maintain a master listing of corporate contracts. Senior Procurement Analyst Key Responsibilities & Duties Draft requests for proposals and evaluation criteria for sourcing vendors, including sole source justifications. Maintain vendor relationships and documentation, optimizing sourcing strategies and locating new supply sources. Assist internal teams with procurement requests, providing administrative support for competitive procurement actions. Process purchase orders in ERP systems and reconcile vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance. Review contracts and service agreements, enforcing compliance with corporate policies and procedures. Generate operational reports and dashboards to track spend against budgets and identify variances. Support inventory tracking and maintain procurement records to monitor and drive continuous improvements. Perform ad hoc analyses and projects to support organizational goals and procurement efficiency. Senior Procurement Analyst Job Requirements Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with 3+ years of related experience or High School Diploma with 5+ years of progressive experience. Proficiency in ERP financial systems, preferably Dynamics 365, for procurement management. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across functions and management levels. Experience in vendor management, contract oversight, and procurement lifecycle processes. Technological proficiency across various applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of SOX requirements, GAAP, and regulatory standards in procurement activities.
