At CHS, we are creating connections to empower agriculture. Summary CHS Dakota Agronomy Partners in Minot, ND is looking for a Truck Driver to join our team! This individual would be responsible for hauling seed, grain, and fertilizer to our local cusomters. This is a M-F home daily and year round position with weekends as needed during our busy seasons. This position offers ample overtime. The ideal candidate would have a Class A CDL. Join our team in Minot today! Responsibilities * Operate a semi"tractor and trailer and or straight truck to deliver products to customers in the area in a safe and timely manner.

* Load and unload product as required, including connecting and disconnecting trailers for product transfer, and follow safety protocols for handling products

* Prepare and complete delivery documentation and daily load/unload reports; record accurate electronic logs.

* Provide professional customer service during pickups and deliveries and maintain positive customer interactions

* Drive in accordance with DOT regulations, company policies, and compliance requirements

* Perform pre"trip and post"trip inspections, and report maintenance, safety, or equipment concerns promptly. Perform interior maintenance and upkeep as needed.

* Report accidents, incidents, near misses, and equipment issues; follow required

* Provide informal guidance and support to fellow drivers as needed regarding routes, equipment operation, and safety practices

* Perform other duties as assigned by manager. Additional maintenance, cleaning, and operational tasks as needed Minimum Qualifications (required) * Valid Class A or Class B CDL (as required for the equipment/route)

* Have a minimum of 1 year of verifiable CDL driving experience

* Must meet age requirement

* Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

* Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and compliance, and complete required documentation accurately Additional Qualifications * Demonstrate the ability to operate independently in a high"skill driving role, including managing complex routes or delivery requirements

* Demonstrated safe-driving performance and ability to make sound safety decisions in changing weather and road conditions

* Strong customer service skills and a history of positive customer feedback

* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
