Field Property Claims Adjuster – Cleveland, OH We are looking for a Field Property Claims Adjuster based in the Cleveland, OH area. The role involves conducting investigations of property damage, evaluating coverage, estimating repairs, and negotiating settlements. Key Responsibilities Conduct field investigations at policyholders’ homes to assess property damage. Use company claims software, vehicle, and laptop to determine damages and prepare paperless estimates. Represent Farmers in public relations and act as a member of management. Use customer‑service skills to negotiate settlements with policyholders. Maintain active adjuster’s license where required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Eagerness to learn insurance policies, coverage, and claim procedures. Outgoing personality with comfort interacting with policyholders, agents, witnesses, and fraud investigators.
