Quality Analyst

Evaluating omni-channel interactions for compliance and quality standards, the full-time Early Career Quality Analyst will monitor voice and non-voice communications while working remotely to enhance member and provider experiences. Key responsibilities Conduct daily reviews and audits of interactions to ensure adherence to standards and regulatory requirements Facilitate calibration sessions and engage with stakeholders to share insights and recommendations Utilize data-driven insights to recommend process and policy enhancements for quality initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with two or more years in quality assurance or related fields Subject matter expertise in one or more MMIS functional areas such as Customer Centers or Provider Relations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with quality assurance platforms Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams Strong written and verbal communication skills
