Production Supervisor

Operational Leadership: Lead daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. Ensure production plans are executed efficiently and in alignment with takt time and customer commitments. Make real-time operational decisions to maintain production flow and resolve issues. Coordinate activities across shifts and partner with support departments to ensure operational continuity. Ensure accurate production reporting and data integrity within MES and ERP systems.

Safety & Quality: Foster a safety-first culture by ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. Lead safety initiatives, conduct audits, and address safety concerns proactively. Ensure adherence to standard work processes and quality requirements. Drive accountability for quality performance and support effective corrective actions when issues arise.

Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop frontline employees and team leads to achieve performance goals. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and development conversations. Support workforce planning, onboarding, training, and skills development. Create an inclusive and positive work environment that promotes engagement, accountability, and teamwork.

Continuous Improvement: Drive Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency. Lead structured problem-solving efforts using tools such as 5-Why, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and CAPA processes. Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve processes, and optimize operational performance. Participate in production and operational review meetings and ensure timely execution of action plans.

What You Will Bring: Required high school diploma or GED. Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced production setting. Experience with production systems, ERP/MRP platforms, and Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication, coaching, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and 5S principles. Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Preferred associate's or bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field. Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Prior experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
