Technical Program Manager, Automation Equipment

What to Expect Tesla's Automation Development team leads the charge in designing innovative automation equipment to empower our operations team to produce world-class vehicles, energy storage solutions, and robotics with exceptional quality and efficiency in a safe, ergonomic environment. We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee the project management aspects of our equipment design and build lifecycle. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between the manufacturing engineering team, responsible for defining equipment requirements, and the technical team, tasked with developing and executing automation equipment. You will manage high-visibility, high-value projects, applying project management expertise to ensure timely and efficient execution.
