Standard 5 day
Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
Develop and implement patient care plans
Prescribe medications and treatments (as authorized)
Provide patient education and preventive care
Work independently or collaboratively within a care team

Job Requirements:

Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
EMR: EPIC
Provider type (MD/DO or NP/PA): NP/PA
Board Certifications Required: Yes
State License(s) Required: Yes
Certifications Required? (BLS / ACLS / etc): BLS/ACLS
