Budding Futures ABA — Firestone CO
Budding Futures ABA is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy for families across Colorado. We're a smaller, hands-on company — you'll get real support from your BCBA, not just a caseload and a login. If you're willing to obtain RBT certification and want to make a real difference in kids' lives, we'd love to hear from you.
ResponsibilitiesDeliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data
Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA
Communicate professionally with families and clinical team
Current RBT certification, or willing to obtain one (paid training provided)
Experience working with children
Reliable transportation
Pay range: $24 - $30/hour, based on experience and certification
