Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Leasing Office Assistant

to join our team part-time. In this role, you will handle critical administrative and leasing tasks, managing documentation from initial tenant applications through lease execution and renewals. The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of urgency to their work, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a structured yet flexible setting.

Core Responsibilities

Lease Administration:

Draft, send, and systematically follow up on all new lease agreements and lease renewal packages. Tenant Notices:

Prepare and distribute official rent increase notices to current residents in accordance with timeline requirements. Application Processing:

Review, verify, and process incoming rental applications, managing background and credit checks as required. Financial Data Entry:

Securely log and enter rent receipts and tracking payments within our property management system. Vendor Operations:

Act as a point of contact for external vendors, coordinating and scheduling service or maintenance appointments as needed. Office Support:

Provide general administrative backing, including occasionally answering office phones and routing inquiries professionally. Required Qualifications & Skills

Soft Skills:

Extreme attention to detail, stellar organizational habits, dependability, and a proactive sense of urgency. Availability:

Must be regularly available to work a set, recurring schedule of 10 to 15 hours per week, distributed between Monday and Friday during standard business hours. Technical Aptitude:
