Registered Nurse Telemetry

Job Type Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN Shift Night ($5/hr Shift Differential) Key Responsibilities Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the Telemetry Unit. Monitor patients' vital signs, ECG rhythms, and respond to cardiac changes. Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory guidelines. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols. Qualifications Current RN license in the state of Illinois (or ability to obtain). Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in telemetry, cardiac, or critical care preferred. BLS and ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
