Event Marketing Representative - Entry Level

We are seeking an Entry-Level Event Marketing Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll represent nationally recognized brands at retail events, promotional campaigns, community events, and live marketing activations . You'll engage directly with customers, answer questions, promote products and services, and help create memorable brand experiences.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at live events, retail promotions, community outreach events, and marketing campaigns
• Interact with customers in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner
• Educate customers about products, services, and current promotions
• Assist with event registrations, promotional offers, and customer inquiries
• Deliver exceptional customer service while creating positive brand experiences
• Support event setup, merchandising, display maintenance, and event breakdown
• Work closely with the event marketing team to achieve daily campaign goals
• Generate brand awareness through face-to-face customer engagement
• Collect customer feedback and accurately complete event reports
• Maintain a professional appearance while representing client brands

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused
• Comfortable speaking with customers in a face-to-face environment
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, promotions, or event marketing is a plus, but not required
