DescriptionKforce's client in the Northside of Milwaukee area is looking for a VP of Finance. Summary:Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will serve as a critical member of the global leadership team. In this highly visible role, you will have direct oversight of our North America business unit finance teams and indirect oversight of our finance teams in Europe and Asia. In addition to owning business unit FP&A, accounting, reporting, and internal control activities, you will participate extensively in the execution of our company's most important objectives - including strategic planning, policy deployment, capital allocation, continuous improvement, staff development, and maintaining the family business culture that makes our Client unique.Requirements* Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Accounting or Finance is required* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) strongly preferred * 10+ years of varied and progressive experience in the fields of Finance and Accounting * 5+ years of experience in public accounting is strongly preferred * 5+ years of experience leading a multi-division, global Finance organizationJob TypeDirect HireCompensation225000 - $275000
