To enhance the money movement experiences within the Cash product, the full-time Senior Content Designer will craft clear, engaging content that simplifies complex financial technology, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Define and execute content design strategies for product features and enhancements Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to create seamless user experiences Manage multiple projects while navigating ambiguity and tailoring content approaches effectively Required qualifications 5+ years of content design experience in a consumer software company, preferably in financial technology A portfolio showcasing how clear communication enhances product experiences across various formats Strong understanding of UX design principles for mobile and web applications Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders Ability to transform ambiguity into clarity and drive alignment within teams
