Position / Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist Shift: 3x12 12:00-00:30 midshift Years of experience REQ: 1 Year First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: As needed, weekend rotation possible. On Call REQ: No Floating REQ: No Blocked Scheduling: Unit manager will consider Locals Accepted: No Special Requirements: Please note, FMC is at 7000' elevation. Please make sure candidates are able to meet the physical demands of the job at this altitude. License & Certification: *Licensed by the Arizona Board of Respiratory Care Examiners. Proof of having passed the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)- Required *BLS- Required *ACLS- Required *PALS- Required *NRP- Required RTO Restrictions: Unit manager's approval required. Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week, facility is allowed to call off 6x throughout a 13-week assignment. Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Short Term Acute Care Magnet / Teaching / Level Trauma: Teaching / Level I trauma Total Staffed Beds: 268 Scrub Color: RNs can wear any scrub color. Charting: Cerner Parking Cost: Free Parking All employees are expected to adhere to the quality and patient safety standards established by the facility such as medication administration (BCMA).
