TITLE: Driver-Lubes Transport

LOCATION: Columbia, SC

POSITION REPORTS TO : Terminal Manager

WAGES: Commensurate with experience, position, and location

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

RESPONSIBILITIES

Pick up and deliver products to assigned locations as instructed
Properly load and unload product at various customer locations in a professional, courteous, timely, safe, and efficient manner
Operate pumps for loading and unloading of bulk products
Complete and turn in paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
Properly follow all DOT regulations, policies, and procedures
Follow Companyand customer operational and safety policies and procedures
Use onboard technology as instructed (Smartlogix, Samsara)
Comply with company'saccident and incident reporting procedures for accidents and spills
Cross train on fuel deliveries
Other related tasks as assigned by manager

Pay Range: - , General Benefits: BASIC REQUIREMENTS

Locals only please. Must live within 60 miles of terminal
Minimum age 23
Valid class A license with hazmat and tanker endorsements, a good driving record, and a good understanding of DOT regulations
Must have at least 2years tractor trailer experience
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and an extended workweek-overnight and/or out of town travel may be required
Must have some mechanical and electrical aptitude
Must have a professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment and get along with others
Must be able to read, speak, write, and communicate using the English language well enough to perform the job functions
Must be able to use three points of access getting in and out of the tractor, multiple times a day
Must be able to climb up steps to verify tank compartments as needed
Must be able to work safely in uneven or muddy surfaces
Strong customer service skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task, manage time, organize, and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

PREFERRED

Experience in the fuel and or Lube industry
