We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (Med-Surg) to join a collaborative acute care team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while working in a fast-paced Medical Surgical unit.
Schedule
- Days
- Nights
- Rotating weekends
Compensation & Incentives
- 0–5 Years Experience: $27.72 – $33.00/hour
- 10 Years Experience: Up to $36.30/hour
- 15+ Years Experience: Up to $39.60/hour
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Days) | $15,000 (Nights)
- Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis
- Night Differential: +$4.00/hour
- No Weekend Shift Differential
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established nursing policies and procedures.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes.
- Educate patients and families while providing compassionate, patient-focused care.
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN License or eligible Compact RN License.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
- 1 year RN experience Required.

- Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: Typically 6:1 , occasionally 7:1 .
