Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Telemetry/IMC/PCU – Texas

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: El Paso, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 13-week contract. Weekend coverage required (two per pay period). No call responsibilities.

Highlights:

• 24-bed telemetry/progressive care unit with GE remote telemetry monitoring
• 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio with dedicated support from patient care technicians
• Diverse case mix including cardiac catheterization post-procedure patients, stroke, and acute medical conditions
• EMR system: Meditech
• Collaborative team environment with hands-on leadership and structured shift huddles
• Opportunities for potential permanent placement

Requirements:

• Current RN license in Texas or compact state license
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Strong competency in cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Experience with telemetry and progressive care preferred
• Critical care or charge nurse experience highly desirable
• Monitor technician experience a plus
