What You'll Do

As an Account Manager for Arvig Answering Solutions , you will provide professional support to new and existing clients to ensure overall satisfaction and meet or exceed expectations. You will consult directly with clients and internal sales teams to program, test, and maintain account software, perform routine system maintenance, handle scheduling and reports, and troubleshoot client concerns independently. Additionally, you will proactively connect with existing accounts to implement changes, train clients on scheduling software, and take call volume or participate in an after-hours on-call rotation as needed

What You'll Bring

• Commitment to Safety: A strong dedication to maintaining a safe environment -both physically and mentally- for yourself, your colleagues, and customers
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of call center experience with a strong understanding of call center operations
• Strong working knowledge of the Infinity System
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and professional communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Ability to multitask, prioritize across multiple demands, and maintain strong detail orientation and reliability

Bonus points if you have:

• A 2-year associate degree
• 3 years of demonstrated sales experience

Your Schedule

The work hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM-4:30PM
