After completing training, you will:Meet with homeowners and property owners to discuss their painting and coating needs Build relationships and provide expert guidance on our services and productsPrepare estimates and proposals for interior painting, exterior painting, and floor coating projectsFollow up with potential customers and maintain an active pipeline of opportunitiesCoordinate with our production team to ensure projects start smoothlyMaintain strong relationships with clients even after the project is completeTrack sales activity using our CRM and participate in weekly team meetingsYou'll be the face of our company, helping customers feel confident about improving and protecting their properties.About Smith and Company PaintingSince 1960, Smith and Company Painting has proudly served residential and commercial clients throughout the region.
