Outside Sales Manager

Texas Internal Pipe Coating (TXIPC) is seeking an experienced and results-driven Outside Sales Manager to lead business development efforts across domestic and international markets. This full-time leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and expanding TXIPC’s presence within the oil & gas, pipeline, energy, and industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with TXIPC’s commercial growth objectives Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within oil & gas, pipeline, energy, and industrial markets Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, operators, and key industry stakeholders Manage and grow existing customer accounts while expanding into new markets and territories Lead customer meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions Coordinate with TXIPC Operations, QA/QC, Production, and Management teams to ensure accurate project scope, pricing, scheduling, and customer expectations Oversee the RFQ and quotation process, including pricing strategy and commercial review Support contract negotiations and commercial agreement discussions Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline, forecasts, and sales reporting metrics Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to identify strategic growth opportunities Represent TXIPC at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking functions Assist in resolving customer concerns related to quality, scheduling, or project execution Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, opportunities, and commercial activity Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and applicable trade and compliance requirements Uphold TXIPC’s reputation for professionalism, safety, quality, and technical integrity Qualifications 5+ years of experience in industrial, oil & gas, pipeline, manufacturing, or coating-related sales Previous experience in a sales leadership or account management role preferred Existing relationships within energy, pipeline, EPC, or infrastructure markets strongly preferred Strong understanding of commercial sales processes and customer relationship management Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and industry events Self-motivated with strong leadership and relationship-building abilities This is a hybrid remote position requiring periodic travel for customer meetings, industry events, onsite collaboration, and business development activities as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Texas Internal Pipe Coating (TXIPC)
